Jade Wear currently ships to the following countries:

We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


3. Shipping Time

4. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using DHL.

For shipments within the European Union, customers generally will not be charged additional customs duties.

However, Jade Wear is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges that may apply under local laws.


9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with DHL to ensure timely delivery, Jade Wear cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Force majeure events

  • External logistical issues

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
